Do not provide Aadhaar, PAN, bank credentials or other sensitive information unless it is necessary, legally justified and requested through a secure process.

- To verify a mobile number where OTP verification is enabled.
- To maintain payment, support, fraud-prevention and compliance records.
- To communicate programme changes and respond to requests.
3. Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate the website, verification, hosting or payment processing, and with authorities where required by law. Payment credentials should be handled by the payment provider, not stored in plain text by Finshra.
